The split
Every class on our schedule falls into an upper-body day, lower-body, or full-body day. Everyday includes abs…because abs are part of everything we do! That's not an accident, it's the plan: when you're not overtraining the same muscles two days in a row, your body actually gets the time it needs to repair, rebuild, and grow. So whether you're on the mat or lifting heavier, you're always training from your most optimal state — which means you don't just feel the work, you see it.

The formats
A plan, not just a workout. Change you can feel
and
see. Lucky Moves provides a deliberate blend of pilates and strength divided along a weekly split to let your muscles recover, repair, and grow — a plan that works you from the inside out.
Mat Pilates
Low-impact and intentionally slow, built around the mind-muscle connection, deep core strength, and postural alignment — minimal to no standing required.
Props: booty bands, ankle weights, 3lb hand weights, pilates ball, magic circle, block.
Mat Pilates Sculpt
Everything you love about Mat Pilates, dialed up — faster pace, higher reps, more standing, and enough burn to challenge your stamina.
Props: everything from Mat Pilates, plus 5lb hand weights and the 15lb Bala beam.
Strength x Pilates
Resistance training paired with pilates accessory movements, built on a monthly progressive-overload cycle so your body keeps adapting instead of plateauing.
Week 1: the base sequence
Week 2: play with tempo
Week 3: play with range of motion
Week 4: play with positioning
New month = new sequences.
Props: 10–35lb dumbbells, booty bands, plyometric box.
Mobility x Deep Core
A low-impact class to counteract the training and working we do all week. It blends breathwork, joint mobility, and targeted stabilization to strengthen the muscles you can't see but always feel — like your deep core and pelvic floor. Expect controlled, functional movement that eases back pain, improves posture, and builds a foundation that carries into everything else you do.
